This guide provides a step-by-step walkthrough on how to navigate the platform, upload a document, and successfully export your first file. It's all made easy with a series of short video guides.
Navigating the Platform
Step 1: Familiarize yourself with the platform layout and features
Setting up your Import and/or Export Integrations
Step 1: Select Workflows and click on Connected apps
Step 2: Click on Import or Export to find the full list of integrations to connect with, which you will be redirected to the respective login page to enter your user credentials
Step 3: You're successfully connected once your details of your organization name and organization ID appears for the connected app
Uploading a Document
Step 1: Select Inbox and click on the Submit button
Step 2: Select a Tag for the document(s) that you are uploading for
Step 3: Pull or drag documents or click to browse files into the upload window from your device and click Submit to upload documents
Step 4: Your document will appear under Processing tab once they are successfully uploaded
Creating an Export Rule for your First File
Depending on your choice of integration, the export rule set up page can differ from one system to another.
General export rule creation is as follows:
Step 1: Select Destination to create a workflow rule for your processed document
- This workflow rule serve as a default workflow behaviour to be applied for all documents
Step 2: Click "Create Rules" to create individual supplier rule for a document
Step 3: Fill up the remaining details of the export rule as the Workflow Export Settings would have already been auto-generated from Step 1
Step 4: Once all details are filled in, click "Create Rule"
Exporting Your First File
Step 1: Click on Export for the document that you are exporting
Step 2: Select Auto-export if you wish to have this doc auto-exported the next time it is uploaded to the system
Step 3: Once document is successfully exported, they will be moved from Ready for Export to Archive
