Can I email documents to bluesheets?

Yes, you can! 

To begin, you need to first create a unique bluesheets email address

    1. Go to Forwarding Email tab in your organisation
    2. Click on the ‘+’ sign at the top right corner to create a new bluesheets email
        1. Select Tag (Default Tag is always General, you can customise your Tags and change it after)
        2. Select Processing Strategy (This determines how your emails will be read)
        3. Hit ‘Save’ and your bluesheets email address is thus created
    3. Select “Edit” on the forwarding email if you wish to rename the email, change the tag or its processing strategy afterwards 

     

    With this unique email address, you can now send documents directly into bluesheets for processing!

    • Supported formats: JPG, PNG, TIF, HEIC, HEIF, PDF, EML, CSV, XLSX, XLS, DOC, DOCX, ZIP, WEBP.
    • Please note that bluesheets does not support documents in zipped folders at the moment

    If you use Gmail or Outlook as your email program and would like to automatically forward documents to your bluesheets organisation, kindly refer to the following guides for the respective setup

    You may wish to specify certain conditions for incoming emails, such as a specific sender or keyword in the subject line, so that only relevant documents are automatically forwarded to your Bluesheets email address.
