      Data wasn’t extracted correctly, how should I correct this?

      To rectify this, you have two options:

      1. Raise an Annotation Request: You can annotate your document to highlight the fields that were not extracted correctly. Our system will learn from these annotations, improving its accuracy for future extractions.

      2. Reach Out to Live Support Chat: You can contact our live support chat for immediate reprocessing. Please note that while this can address the current issue, it's not a permanent solution. We highly recommend annotation for long-term accuracy improvements.
