      Import by WhatsApp

      Set up a new connection

      1. From the left menu, select Workflows > Connected apps > Import 
      2. Select the import connection you want to set up (e.g Whatsapp)
      3. Click on the “Connect” button and enter your Whatsapp Mobile Number
      4. A Whatsapp Group will be created within 24 hours along with your choice of Whatsapp Mobile Number provided.
      5. Documents can then be sent into the chat for our Bot to process. 
        Note: Only PDF and JPEG files are accepted via Whatsapp.
