bluesheets' proprietary engine, IRIS, is build on an AI foundation. The engine has been trained by a copious amount of data and is consistently being optimised to read faster and more accurately.
As it is not traditional OCR-based, the system is able to read 'new formats' with zero need for training or a set-up process. Bluesheets first classifies by document type (e.g. Invoice, Purchase Order, Bank Statement, Form) and reads for relevant fields.
If there are issues with the reading process or if there is customised information that needs to be retrieved from a non-regular document type, all we need is 1 sample document with its required fields. Our AI trainers do the heavy lifting and there is no effort needed from the customer.
