If we have more than one outlet, but suppliers send invoices for both, how do we assign the invoice to the right outlet?

If you have multiple outlets receiving invoices under the same Workspace:

  • If outlets are managed as separate Organizations, you can create distinct outlets within Workspace

    • Each outlet corresponds to a separate Organization, allowing you to submit documents to the respective outlet seamlessly.

  • Alternatively, if outlets operate under the same Organization, you can differentiate invoices using Tags

    • Simply set up two different tags to categorize documents for each outlet, ensuring clarity and organization.
