Why can’t my data be extracted?

A document can fail the extraction process for a few reasons.

The most common reasons are:

  • The image is too blurry, crumpled or faded and the information on the document cannot be recognized
  • There are more than one invoice/receipt present in one same page of the uploaded document. Each invoice/receipt has to be uploaded on separate pages onto bluesheets for the document to be successfully processed 

If any of the above scenarios happen, kindly re-upload the documents for processing.

 

Failed resubmission of documents
