      Why can’t my documents be exported?

      There could be a few reasons as to why your data cannot be exported.

       

      To identify the reason,

      Step 1: Click into the icon under the File Status column to reveal the full export error message, providing insights into what went wrong

      Step 2: Once the error is identified, you can take the necessary corrective action. 

      This might involve adjusting formatting, resolving compatibility issues, or seeking technical assistance if needed
