Why is my document in the Action Required tab?

If your document is in the Action Required tab, this means that the document could not be processed due to the following possible reasons:

• Duplicate documents

The system found two of the same documents

• Document is of low quality

 Image uploaded is too blurry, crumpled or faded and the information on the document cannot be recognized

• Incomplete document fields

A piece of mandatory information such as the date, amount or supplier's name is missing from the image or document

Please resubmit your documents if you would like to continue processing the documents.
