Can you choose whether to import all line items or just invoice total into Xero?

Yes, you can!

bluesheets extracts all line items by default with our proprietary engine, IRIS, and users have the option to export a single line item (invoice total) or all line items into Xero.

Set this up via Rules > Create Rule > 'How do you want to export this'

• Single (Header values): Only the "Total" value data is exported 
• Multiple (Line items): The full output of all the line items are exported  
• Multiple Separate (Line items as separate documents): The full output of all the line items are exported and each line is exported as a separate entry in Xero
